The came in and ripped out the bathroom very efficiently taking all the rubbish away. They were very tidy throughout this process and the installation of the new bathroom suit. They were very polite and have left us with a great finish.
We have just renovated two bathrooms and a toilet with Jack and we couldn't be happier. He and his apprentice are very nice people to work with, always very respectful, with good communication, organised as well as clean and tidy. They delivered the work to a high standard and really paid attention to the detail, quality and finishes. It was a pleasure to work with them and we highly recommend them. We would definitely use them again in the future.
Jack did a superb job on my Bathroom and is reasonably priced. The job involved removing bath, shower, basin, toilet and removal of all wall tiles. He also helped me choose new replacements. The standard of fitting the new units and tiling was excellent. He arrived daily and all the work was completed in the time he said it would. The cost was as quoted. Would highly recommend.
Jack has completely exceeded our expectations. Our en suite refitting was no problem to him at all. Even when I constantly changed my mind on small details he took it all in his good natured stride and produced the most perfectly fitted en suite. Both Jack and his apprentice Dennis were very polite, good natured and worked very efficiently going that extra mile. It is clear to see he takes real pride in his work and so he should. We will not hesitate to use JR Plumbing again.

Jack was amazing and his apprentice were by far outstanding and everything you could ask for from a tradesperson. I can’t fault any of the work and the quality and finish is outstanding. Jack genuinely cares about his work and this shows. Price quoted was price paid and nothing was too much trouble with Jack really going the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Very clean and tidy and extremely polite and courteous. I would defiantly use again and would have no problems recommending him for any of your plumbing and bathroom refit needs.

We are incredibly pleased with the high standard of work carried out by Jack Richards and his colleagues. This included completly refurbishing our main bathroom and en-suite bathroom. Jack also installed a new Monarch water softener, and upgraded the mains pipe to the unvented cylinder for optimal water pressure. In addition to this, Jack replaced our old soil stack. Jack also went above and beyond by decorating and making good our kitchen ceiling, which was damaged from a previous leak. I am writing this review nearly 1 year after the work was completed, and everything is working perfectly
From quoting to delivering the job, nothing was left undone or to chance. We asked for a tricky kitchen fit, keeping our original tiling in place. So they had to work slightly harder to keep everything correct. When things had to be re-looked at or changed, nothing was a problem, or too much trouble. The price quoted was the price paid even though they had to come back to finish certain parts. We were so pleased with the final finish and levels of service provided by JR pluming services. We’ve booked them again to got a new downstairs toilet suite. Thoroughly recommend.
Jack was amazing from start to finish. Our house is very outdated and has many issues, however jack was accommodating and patient with us throughout. He replaced all radiators around the house, he provided the best options and solutions considering we have an old boiler and pipe work isn’t the best. Same applies to bathroom, he worked tirelessly to give us the best outcome. We are obsessed with our new bathroom, he gave us the best advice of do’s and donts for your bathroom which we didn’t think of, he was just amazing! Highly recommend!
Honest and clear communication, fantastic work completed and timely with estimated job length. Jack is very professional and personable throughout the work. He had given me notification of what needed to be done and when plus confirmed work completion afterwards with a rundown of what has happened. Jack installed a new bathroom in our basement, done to an incredibly high standard. It was a tricky project but Jack was a breath of fresh air right from the start, with a real can-do attitude and some realistic but creative ideas. He was v.Quick getting the quote out and kept to the timeframes he promised. He and his colleagues were really considerate, mindful to minimise disruption and kept the surrounding area really clean. Even after the work was finished we had a question about a radiator which was fitted, and Jack came round that day to give us some advice. Would highly recommend!

Really impressed with Jack's service. Jack and his colleague were very friendly, polite and efficient. They came round to carry out the work quickly (that same day!) and at a decent, reasonable price. They even stayed later to sort out our boiler which was playing up in the freezing weather we're currently having. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
